He has cooked for and developed friendships with numerous celebrities and world leaders; including every U.S. President dating back to the Bush years. Mr. Mendoza is highly sought after due to his success developing and scaling managed foodservice verticles for Sysco, Compass Group, Sodexo, and Aramark. He is widely considered a SME of international cuisine, ayurvedic diet, and the medicinal potential of food as acknowledged at the TEHNS Summit.

Tracy Jackson, an esteemed member of Greentown Labs and founder of WIP International, hails from the oil and gas industry, bringing 30+ years of experience in human resources, public relations, procurement, commodity negotiations and transactions, and staff management. Her ability to initiate and grow businesses in international locations further highlights her entrepreneurial acumen. Notably, Ms. Jackson's daily interface with joint venture partners in Nigeria, Costa Rica, and Venezuela, as well as her proficiency in corporate banking oversight, procurement and purchasing, business development, and executive assistance, further solidify her track record of success.
